Modular Assault Rifle M24

Following the trends in tactical requirements for the use of automatic rifles, Zastava oružje AD has developed a new MCS model, a new modular rifle M24.

• semi-automatic and automatic mode
• uses STANAG 4179 magazine
• has a short and long barrel, allowing quick adaptation to combat situations, so basically the same weapon can be used as a submachine gun or automatic rifle
• full-length Picatinny rail
• reversible, non-reciprocating charging handle
• fire selector is ambidextrous, positioned above the handgrip and easily accessible without releasing the handgrip in combat
• telescopic stock with adjustable cheek pad folds to the right side
• handguard has Picatinny rails at 12 and 6 o’clock, and lateral K-holes that allow the assembly of a wide range of optoelectronic equipment.
• gas flow regulator
• the rifle’s ergonomics are remarkable because, in addition to ambidextrous controls (charging handle, magazine release, fire selector), the shape of the stock and weight distribution ensure a balanced system without major recoil
